These Terms govern your use of the dataxz platform (the “Service”) at dataxz.com and crm.dataxz.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the data you upload, the messages you send, and for obtaining valid consent from the contacts you communicate with (including SMS/WhatsApp opt-in and any healthcare-related obligations that apply to your business).

Your accounts & integrations

You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for the connected accounts you authorize (e.g. Google Calendar, Twilio, Stripe, Meta). You may disconnect any integration at any time. You must comply with the terms of those third-party services.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging; for content prohibited by carriers or platform policies; or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend access for violations.

Billing

Paid plans and usage-based items (e.g. message/credit packs) are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, dataxz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. dataxz is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical or legal advice.
