Privacy Policy

dataxz (“dataxz”, “we”, “us”) provides a customer-relationship and lead-engagement platform for businesses (the “Service”), available at dataxz.com and crm.dataxz.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: suporte@renatodias.com.br.

Information we collect

• Account & workspace data — name, email, business details you provide when you sign up or configure a workspace.
• Contact & lead data — the contact information of leads/customers you manage in the Service (name, phone, email, messages), provided by you or your integrations.
• Connected-service data — when you connect an external account (e.g. Google Calendar, Meta, Twilio, Stripe), we access only the data needed to provide the features you enable.
• Usage data — basic logs and metrics needed to operate and secure the Service.

Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar, we request the calendar.events scope to read your availability and create appointment events (with a Google Meet link) on your behalf when you or your assistant books a consultation. We access this data only to provide the scheduling features you turn on.

dataxz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the Service (e.g. our hosting/database providers) or as required by law. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

SMS / text messaging

Where messaging is enabled, recipients opt in to receive texts by submitting their phone number through a form and agreeing to receive messages, or by contacting the business directly. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to deliver the messaging and scheduling features you enable; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention & deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data, or disconnect any integration, by contacting suporte@renatodias.com.br.

Security

Secrets and access tokens are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and data is isolated per workspace. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
